Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom photo magnets and personalized products are non-returnable.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Please review your photos, text, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we've made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or problem
If a replacement or refund is approved, we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Color & Image Variations
Please note that slight variations in color may occur between screens and printed products. These differences are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
