Because custom products are made specifically for you, orders may not be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Product Appearance

We strive to accurately display our products and colors online. However, colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitors, devices, and printing processes.

Minor variations are a natural part of custom production and do not constitute defects.

Shipping

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Little Moon Magnet Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to create your custom products.

By submitting content, you grant Little Moon Magnet Co. permission to use that content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

All website content, product designs, branding, logos, images, and text created by Little Moon Magnet Co. remain the property of Little Moon Magnet Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Little Moon Magnet Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service purchased.
